Window

I've done "sillhouette of a plant in front of a pretty sky" photos before, but this one, by far, is my favourite so far.

I don't like winter as much as spring... It's so cold and everything's dead... it's depressing! But winter's bare branches seem to have their own personality. They seem even more alive than when they had leaves! I have a tendency of personifying plants and leaves and such... I don't understand vegetarians because to me plants are just, if not more, alive than animals!!!

This tree has the last flowers of the season. Not very ornamental flowers (compared to the flowers of spring-- they're very brittle and brown looking), but pretty nonetheless, and you can see them here.

I kinda like the length of this picture. Well, the reason for the length is largely that I wanted to crop out unwanted elements out, but I think it shows the sky well, and, it gives me this feeling of stretching-- my mind, my imagination, my heart-- and that's why I called it "Window."
